Pros
I'd be lying if I were to give any positive feedback.
Cons
I rarely complain but feel it absolutely necessary to warn people off this business. PLEASE avoid this company at all costs if you are looking for a serious, reputable career and business to work for, turn around. First impressions were unbelievably unprofessional. Before I go into the shambles of a morning spent with this company, please know that their positions are FALSLEY ADVERTISED and have been reported on Indeed. They are not recruiting for full time customer service/sales staff at a base salary of £24k to £26k a year as advertised. They are looking for door to door sales reps to work for them on a self employed basis. Basically no sale, no pay. No benefits. Just door knocking on "100 to 200 doors a day" - a direct quote from their manager. This company will fill you full of false promises, brag about how much their employees (if that's what you can call them) are earning and try and sell you the dream of starting your own branch and moving city or even country with them. This to me felt more like a pyramid scheme than a job. They are looking for quick start staff to get in immediately and do not have any kind of standard as to who they take on. Such a waste of my time and energy. The day itself - Upon arrival there was no designated reception area for candidates to wait. Just a room full of employees chatting and on their phones in front of all 6 candidates. The "training room" which we were sat next to was blaring music all morning. It felt more like a playground than it did a professional place of work. The entire situation was laughable. Before the interview there was no indication as to what to prepare for or expect. From a candidate perspective I found this very unprofessional and completely detrimental. The only information given was that we would meet with a member of the "management team" at 10:00am. Half an hour late, with no apology the managers then arrived and we were taken to a external building of their choice for a coffee. Extremely informal and definitely not the one on one interview experience one would hope to receive from a business. Do not be fooled, these people do not care about your experience or goals. They will throw figures at you until you buy into their nonsense. They informed us that a 17 year old has just reached the title of CEO and went onto state "he's not even sure this is legal". They throw job titles around like they are nothing and when questioned regarding different matters the interviewer did not have legitimate answers to questions. I feel this business is VERY used to speaking with young candidates that may have no work experience at all and may not have the knowledge of a working industry to know when they are being taken advantage of. I fear anyone that anyone that accepts a position with this company will not have a positive outcome.
