- Training consisted of watching someone who has been in the company for 2 weeks, no explanation on why certain things are done certain ways. - Gave me a day’s notice to tell me I didn’t get past probation when they could’ve told me in advance. - Said I asked too many questions when at the start of my employment they highly encouraged me to ask them to make sure I made no mistakes. - If you don’t work overtime, you won’t get past the probation stage

There were no pros, it was all cons.

Miserable company to work for, management was a joke and the company was poorly ran. People were sacked left right and center just because they planned on using cheap employees from India to do our work. Once you find a better opportunity and give your notice in you're told to pack up there and then. Favoritism all around and those working hardest were never valued.
