Cons
The company don't provide you with a copy of your employment contract. They don't explain that they reduce your wages after their xmas rates have ended. Their wages drop after an undisclosed time. They offer no statutory holiday pay. They disingenuously say that all is explained during the interview process- not true. Cynical company looking to exploit. If you need to contact them then they are difficult. They don't answer their phone. They sneakily state your holiday pay is included in the hourly rate. This is rolled up holiday pay and is illegal. I would advise anyone to contact ACAS to challenge this cynical and disingenuous behaviour.
