      I stick around because this is a place where we are responsible for helping others. I stick around because it is fun to work here. I stick around because the company understands my needs and doesn't delay paying me on time. I stick around because the people I work with respect my opinion. I stick around because I am expected to get better at my job, a little bit every day. I stick around because every day is Day 1. I stick around because yesterday's accomplishment is not good enough for today, and that keeps me on my toes.

      Cons

      Long hours during busy season, am messaged at all times of the day, work/life balance is something I have to actively manage

      Pros

      A few months ago, I was looking for a freelance company that would value my skills and help me make good money. I discovered SimpleTense; honestly, it was the best thing that happened to me this year. After the onboarding process, I got to enjoy the simple interface (as the name implies) and dependable administrators who are always willing to assist. Administrators ensure timely answers and review of completed work. The pay rate is also excellent. In fact, no freelance company pays this well. Additionally, the CEO has been instrumental in honing my writing skills, and I am grateful that the company is putting my gift to good use.

      Cons

      Given that SimpleTense is a deadline-driven environment, I occasionally have to work longer hours than intended to complete the tasks on time. But, again, it is worth the effort.
