Cons
As in many small companies, you'll be pulled in many different directions. While you can't be afraid to get down in the weeds as we're relatively "flat" with an all "all hands on deck" attitude, be sure to stay focused what your goals and OKRs . Don't be afraid to say "no" if something isn't in your wheel house or way outside of your job description.
