No clear vision or GTM strategy. Trying to build their US footprint but continuously hiring critical positions in India which makes it impossible to collaborate quickly and efficiently. CEO asks for feedback on company strategy but does not utilize any of it. He overcomplicates all aspects of the sales process. No centralized systems between inside sales and field sales. No collaboration between teams. No guided onboarding or training. Resources to improve the velocity of deals are nonexistent but pressure to close deals is at an all-time high. No collaboration between teams. NO HEALTH BENEFITS
