No competitive pay, after becoming or part of what is now Finvi despite claims of making "amazing" revenue there is a refusal to hire more staff or make a stressful job worth the effort. Before the take over there was a high turn over but now it's just a hemmorage of good employees because all they care about is lining their own pockets. Claiming the software takes more to run so they boost the prices dramatically and yet no one sees any of it.
