Cons
Simplicity is known to promote the inept and the lazy and overlook hardworking and knowledgeable. They play favorites and encourage bad behaviors by not confronting issues and putting an end to them. They promise flight benefits to attract new hires, then blame United saying they are the ones holding on to them. The amount of malfeasance going on in this place starts at the very top and trickles down. If they were to give just upper management drug tests, they'd lose over half their management. Bad company to work for unless you're an butt kisser, lazy, or dumb, Fort those still there get out while you can before that company implodes on itself.
