      There are no pros. And they don't even give you a machine to work with , instead they force you to bring in your own laptop for development.

      Cons

      About every con you can imagine. But the biggest would be that they don't give any salary. They making various excuses.

      Pros

      nothing really. there is no pro at all. if you are starting your career, dont go. you will waste your time and dont learn anything

      Cons

      Bad environment to work. Dont even have a good toilet in the building. Doesn't give a pc even to work. Asks to bring laptop. No work life balance tbh. No support. Gives excuses when the time for giving salary comes. Most of them dont get it even.
