Filled with Fake Reviews - Architect Simplify Healthcare Employee Review

All the reviews with 5 ratings having 1 liner pros and cons are all fake. This is the work of the HR team here :) All these reviews have been put up on the site by Sunny, Sangita, and Aadil. They even ask the new joiners junior staff to do so. When you want to rate a company 5 star but not enough matter to back this up, it simply means the reviews are fake. The cons are as below: Middle management is very political and they can't see anybody in their team coming near to their own compensation. They are calling people in lockdown also and not following any restriction in office The only work of the HR is to monitor the employees in the company and put fake reviews on Glassdoor. They don't even arrange games or Rangoli here :D Higher management people like Ashish and Sushrut are not mature enough as they got promoted when the company was a start-up. If you are a smart performer than dont join this company as the above people will see you as a threat HR team is not resposible for emplyee retention and they dont even conduct the exit interview There are many cases pending against the organization for harrasment and HR team is only bothered to save the reputation of the compant hence they are considered wise people by the company :)
