Pros
WFH - 1 Day in a week but depends on CFOs mood
Cons
The overall workplace culture is often negative, impacting employee morale and overall productivity. There is a lack of transparency and consistent support from the senior leadership team. Senior management, particularly at the executive level, should improve in areas such as communication, approachability, and people management. The CFO’s behavior and leadership style have contributed to a high turnover rate, as many talented employees have left due to dissatisfaction. Internal politics play a significant role in daily operations, often overshadowing merit and collaboration. There is no clear sense of job security, which creates anxiety and limits long-term employee commitment. Employees are frequently scheduled for late evening calls and meetings, disrupting work-life balance. Weekend work is often assigned or expected without prior notice, with senior members contacting employees outside regular working hours. A shift towards more respectful boundaries, better planning, and leadership accountability would significantly improve the work environment. CFO does not invite the junior staff for Finance get-together
