Pros
You can talk to leadership like normal people, and they’re open about wins and challenges. You get to know people as humans, not just titles in an org chart. And as long as you get your work done, there’s understanding that life happens.
Cons
It’s a smaller team, so your work is very visible. If you want anonymity, this isn’t it. The culture is very values-driven and pretty tight-knit. If you don’t align with those values, you’ll probably feel out of place. The company is very structured around systems and frameworks (like EOS), which might feel rigid if you’re used to winging it.
