Massive attrition, delayed increase, promotion standstill - Senior Consultant Simplus Employee Review

Lots of clients choosing to leave to pursue other competitors. Annual increase for this year has yet to be given. Should have been processed April this year, but to date ( August 2024) still no news if it will still be given. Lots of turnovers especially in senior management both Onshore and Off Shore which makes you doubt your job security. Threats of layoffs always looming. Sudden changes to bonuses without proper cadence.
