Pros
Great being local, great team, beautiful product; great bosses, growing company, large enough to have good support, small enough to feel like a family and have the ability to make changes. Entertaining customers.
Cons
Not the best benefits, but good. Depending on which area you work in, can be odd hours or crunch time around catalog production time - usually regular hours though-depends on where you work.
