Not safe - Team Leader Simply Seated Employee Review

Everything. The owner of this company is a horrible man that bullies employees, overworks them to the extend of illness and takes pay out of employees pay checks illegally. Whilst working here I witnessed unspeakable treatment of my fellow colleagues and also horrible treatment of clients as well. We were made to make false promises, and offer zero refunds when we couldn’t fulfill them. Leaving clients severely upset/angry and the account managers getting the brunt of everything and the management taking zero responsibility and merely saying “ignore them/block their contact”. Other management was also unhelpful, back stabbing and would Palm off responsibilities, take the credit when it went well and point fingers when it went wrong.

Hard working team trying their best.

Poor onboarding and training which is virtually non existent. Poor communication internally and externally. Management seem money hungry and lack experience and knowledge to build a Business of this scale.
