Pros

The people I get to work with are genuinely passionate about data and really care about doing the right thing. There's also no other field I would rather be working in right now.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and is at the very front of technological innovation. By nature, that always comes with challenges and requires a level of proactivity to drive - and is not necessarily a negative because it presents plenty of opportunity.

Company days Flexibility for some Good exposure for graduates

Cons

Clique mentality "if your face fits" Struggle to deliver core projects whilst taking hit on interesting promotable projects. This means additional pressure on those not in favour. Focus on awards and publicity over quality for day to day projects. Smoke and mirrors. Terrible bonus rules/system. Lots of employees overloaded taking pressure off profile project members. Told doing well only to be told not by management at a distance. No real management with experience. Ownership from buyout finding their way. Lose lots of good experienced staff. Mobilise employees on review sites like great employer and others
