The general manager of the company is trying hard but from the very next level like deputy general manager they have no idea of marketing at all...in turns of business relation building with new client.others have no idea about the internet.the company is still using yahoo as there mail order collection account where as they al ready have there domain registered.

It's a group of company, now a days convert private limited to public limited company and reach high efficiency in different sector such as HR, Factory compliance, Give high salary etc.

There are many problem such as in-out time, internal chain of command, higher management don't follow corporate culture/rules and also most of employee disappointed by their behavior etc.
