At the same time, describing the culture as “very poor” and “toxic” without any context is a bit difficult to engage with. Culture is shaped by day-to-day interactions, teams, and leadership practices, and we’ve had many people grow here over long tenures—which usually doesn’t happen in the kind of environment being described. We completely understand that not every role or team experience works out for everyone. But broad labels without specifics don’t really do justice to the people who are putting in consistent effort to build a healthy and high-performing workplace.
