People, especially my supervisor/mentor, are very friendly and always willing to help. I got to work on real projects that actually mattered, not just side tasks. The company has a relaxed environment but still feels professional. I learned a ton about how software supports scientific research, which was really cool.

Since the company’s work is very specialized, it can take a while to understand things.
