Pros
very affordable benefits...health, dental, 401k. multiple options as well. my managers have always been great (i've worked for sinclair in two different markets). automatic raises (only 2% or so but better than nothing) every year.
Cons
lots of micromanaging from corporate. lots of waiting on multiple other people across time zones. nothing can be done without going through several approval processes, multiple steps and meetings. you are confined to your very specific job and are not allowed to do or learn more even if you know how to do it.
