Sinclair takes comments regarding the safety and security of our employees very seriously. Authorities are promptly notified of any threats of violence. The Company does not condone or tolerate the harassment or abuse of its employees and is committed to providing our employees with a workplace free of harassment. The Company promptly investigates such allegations.
Sinclair strongly believes in good communication at all levels of the organization. It has been the long-standing policy and tradition of the Company to encourage all employees to share information, ideas, suggestions, question, and problems (including concerns about the work environment or safety and security). All employees are given the opportunity to speak with their supervisor, General Manager, Regional Manager, Human Resources or the Company President to share information or to report concerns. Former employees are also encouraged to contact us directly to share information or to report concerns.
