      Easy work to be honest until something goes wrong

      Cons

      No accountability in regards to HR complaints No room for promotion No respect for the people keeping TV on air Coworkers form cliques and exclude others Will not give raises even if you work there for like 8 years

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
