Pros
Ok pay and decent benefits. The job itself was a great fit for me. Most of the people were decent to work with. There were plenty of opportunities to move roles within the company to find the job that fit. The culture engagement team worked hard to create an atmosphere that was positive.
Cons
Expectations from upper company leaders were many times confusing, leading to frustration, lack of clarity, lack of effiency, and lack of cohesiveness between departments. There also seemed to be an unspoken expectation that because upper company leaders worked many extra hours that everyone should be working many extra hours when it wasn't necessary. This tended to hamper the culture engagement team's effectiveness.
