Pros
Most coworkers were fun, and middle management was mostly cool. This was mainly due to everyone understanding we were all in the same boat of micromanagement and being overly worked. You get an immense amount of experience in the NOC which is great for leaving and finding a new job.
Cons
Pay was horrific. Upper management was abysmal. The management was so bad it was comical at times. I was an employee from 2016-2020. I started in helpdesk and ended as a NOC engineer. During COVID I was working remote and was on a call with a client for troubleshooting when suddenly I was locked out of my computer. It turns out that is how they lay off loyal employees. I was not the only one this happened to. What a spit in the face to everyone who worked there. I had to call my manager to figure out what happened. They laid me off over email and then locked me out of it before I could even read it.
