Pros

To start, the technology is bar none. MemSQL has such a differentiated offering in a space where the messaging can be very convoluted in the market. The value proposition is tight, succinct and proven. We solve problems/challenges that frankly no other DB on the market can address. The most recent maniacal focus on the right use cases and staying in the right swim lanes will no doubt ensure success. The market is massive and the opportunities are endless. The recent management changes have been the shot in the arm to take this company to the next level. The compensation and upside both monetary and career-wise are endless.

Because of Covid, Unable to join my colleagues at the great open office space in SF!
