This is a place where rather than your manager telling you that they’re displeased with your work, they would rather hire for your position, including you in the process and when asked they’d say ‘oh annual hiring’. Then bam, you’re gone, no performance improvement plan or anything. This is not an isolated incident as the next day, someone else was also fired without warning. Besides being totally sketchy, I suspect it was a stealth layoff given the inability of the company to produce its main commercial product disguised as a cruel form of gaslighting. The fact almost the entire sales team had left should be a huge red flag. Ask yourself if this trauma is worth all the free food and building
