Horrible Horrible Place to Work - News Reporter Sinovision Employee Review

I work at Sinovision for two years. The company takes advantage of employees because they need their sponsorship for the H1-B visa. Employees are not slaves and they have our dignity. Most employees having a salary of 2000 USD, but managers ask them to work long hours. Company structure is always changing. People get promoted because they speak nice to the founder or being pretty. Managers don't know what they are doing and the founder of the company doesn't care about it.
