Great working environment, that allows a person to find friends at work, rather than colleagues. Dinamic and multidisciplnary learning envirmonment Implementation focus that allows it's personnel to actually test the recommended solutions to customers.
Cons
Poor planning and structural processes tend to limit the growth and development plans of the employees. Development plans are more an autodidactic guide, rather than a 360° plan that ensures employee's development. It's still a fragile company because of its size and age. Underpaid vs. other consulting firms.
