Every employee gets a study budget of € 6000,-. Almost no questions asked by management when you want to do a course, as long as it's semi-related to IT. Hires only the best people in the embedded sector. Has an internal development center where projects are done from start to end for customers and/or partners.
Cons
As a lot of conractors, Sioux does whatever the customers asks. If that means doing a project in a waterfall way, Sioux will do so. In that sense, Sioux is like any other contractor on the sales side of the organization. They might focus a bit more on having their own (agile) way of working throughout all projects they do to make them really an exclusive partner, different from other contractors.
