Sipradi provides the best platform to learn and grow in the organization. It always provides the authority to discharge the responsibilities. Management trust on the employees and provide the space where they can come up with the ideas and implement it. Great Learning organisation.

I believe company is not diversifying itself. They are still concentrated only on that business which was started 4 decades ago. Board of Directors as well as management are bit risk averse which hinders the growth of the organization.
