Pros

This a great, small-knit team with a collaborative work environment. I started here as an intern and was immediately given real-time projects to work on with great guidance from their Senior Art Director. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and I learned so much during my internship both about how small businesses are run, design, and advertising. I continued freelancing here during my final year at college and I continued to get great exposure to the advertising world and was given the opportunity to work on exciting projects that made my portfolio very well-rounded.

Cons

As a smaller agency, the team is very close which sometimes gets tough to separate personal feelings but for the most part the close personal bonds only made my time here more pleasant, they are all great people and have helped me enormously through my education and career search.

Personally, I have no complaints. It was a pleasure working with this team.

Pros

With so few people you become very close. Pay isn't too bad for out of the city and you get lots of free lunches and booze. And its very flexible with hours, so youve got that going for you. Being in Salem is really cool if you live over that way. Good to learn for a little while if your younger or need experience

Cons

Ever wonder why a 6 person firm has so many reviews? Because the owner is so obsessed and keeps begging people to write them . Not because its well liked. More drama in a day than you see anywhere in a year... with more talking behind peoples backs than you could ever imagine. And the turnover rate is insane, almost everyone quits after 6 months so the team is never even the same because nobody can stand it any longer. I couldnt even count how many people I saw in and out in my time there. Relationships get bad fast with employees and clients too. Lots of burning bridges. Chances are you wont be given the freedom to actually do your job, youll just be treated like a monkey. Definitely the most miserable and most unprofessional place I have ever worked. Never thought I would write a review on this website but all these overly nice ones are just ridiculous
