Low ego environment. Really. Small, friendly team A skilled engineer with experience can impact just about everything Clear and positive management Tons of intrinsic motivation on the team. Not an extrinsic carrot/stick model. Your nights and weekends are still yours. Business is doing really well
Cons
Although the long term roadmap is well defined, it can be delayed by short term priorities as they come up Can feel like a job in itself keeping up with the pace of the traction we're getting since the business is taking off. If you've been there before you know this is motivating but difficult.
