      established operation, good location, timely

      Cons

      There is a culture of "Christian based company" that in most ways is not accoplished. There are several dollar store Joel Olesteen's in management that talk the talk but are truly unprofessional and malignant as well as being substance abusers. they used to be a great company........not so much anymore despite their success
