Pros
This is a good job if you are new to the industry and need a quick buck out of college. Don't think this will be a job that will last you in the long run. The organization is very disorganized.
Cons
There is a high lack of disrespect at this organization. Many people have already left because of this. They claim to work on Christian values, however, they seem more concerned with money than the clients they keep. Phrases like, "don't you know who writes your paycheck" and "why would you say that, we carry" are phrases you are likely to hear. They do not understand how to treat their employees and are more eager to speak their mind then to ask you your thoughts on the matter. There is a ton of negativity about projects not getting out the door and there are not enough people managing the accounts. Many of the people here are very sarcastic and demeaning and will make you feel worse if you bring up a problem by saying "get a backbone". In addition, don't be surprised if you don't get enough for working here. It is not uncommon to make 10 or 13,000 less then what most places are willing to give you.
