      Pros

      The location was the best thing about this job in theory, but in reality there was a lot of traffic getting to it

      Cons

      Very high turnover. A lot of faith placed in one person in particular who was not qualified for their job. It never felt like a career job -- just a stopping place for awhile

      Nice view from the office

      Cons

      The main problem with this company is they are mired in the past which is not a good thing for a technology company. As a previous commenter said, one of the cofounders has influence on all projects and his view of the web and technology is stuck and well entrenched in 1999. Also the company is primarily an SEO shop, which in todays web does not carry the weight it used to.

      Pros

      The new people are great. You work close to the beach. There is very little pressure.

      Cons

      Stuck in their old ways. One of the founders has the last say on everything and his ideas are not always right. They are afraid of getting rid of dead weight. Pay is horrible. Street Parking only. Culture sucks.
