Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience working at SitelogIQ. We've grown tremendously this past year, and we're still fine-tuning our processes. We continue to improve the working environment to make it a positive and rewarding experience for all employees. Earlier this month, we launched our Learning and Development platform, hopefully addressing concerns about a lack of training opportunities. I'll reach out to our local team for more information but our sincere apologies. We wish you the best in your next role. Director of Talent Management

Pros

The best part about working at SiteLogIQ was the people on my immediate team. My coworkers were collaborative, reliable, and genuinely cared about doing their jobs well.

Cons

Leadership was disorganized, communication was poor, and priorities changed constantly without clear direction. Decisions often felt reactive instead of strategic, which made it difficult to plan or feel supported in day-to-day work. Promotions and advancement opportunities seemed to follow a “good ol’ boy” mentality, with most executive and leadership roles held by men. Recognition and growth weren’t based on merit as much as on who you knew, which was discouraging for those putting in consistent effort.
