- Development of the software and product roadmap is well thought through, they always put the customer first and have an amazing method of how we decide on what to develop next. - Family feeling - no one thinks they are 'bigger' than anyone else at the company, there is complete transparency on job roles and pay. Everyone wants their colleagues to succeed, and success is well celebrated. - Flexibility with structure - essentially you have enough flexibility in your role to make decisions, however there are certain policies and methods of working that we all follow to make sure we are achieving the goals we set out for ourselves. - Training - there is a training video for everything you need to know from product knowledge to marketing and sales strategies, anything you are unsure on the team are at hand to help. - Social - whilst I work remotely I always have the ability to visit the office we go for team lunches and socials as well as the upcoming 'offsite' abroad.
