      Pros

      This company has no structure to their clinical research department. The department is not at all knowledgeable and masks under pseudo-techy ideas that do not enhance sound, results driven research. I just nod my head in agreement, but this company does not have a good long term outlook.

      Cons

      Completely disorganized. Leadership is not knowledgeable.

      Growing pains, but nothing you wouldn't expect from any new company that is scaling quickly.

      Gutted the US based team and moved most job functions to India. Minimal benefits for employees with years of service.
