      None, really none.. any company will give you salary every month

      Cons

      Many , Managers and employees (Malyalis) are very arrogant and unprofessional ..worst work environment.. You will start regretting about joining this company within 1 or 2 months .its an MNC Malyali national company .. non-malyalis think 100 times before you join here

      Good place to improve skill set and new things as we are forced to work and deliver the project in short span

      Work life balance is not there, no hike also for past 3 years. Working will be under pressure
