Pros

SixGen has a pretty laid back atmosphere... the CEO isn't one to micro-manage, which is refreshing. Everyone that works at SixGen was hired for their particular set of skills... so you're surrounded by people that are doing what they love and what they excel at, which results in people working hard and genuinely being interested in what they are doing. We don't just try to fill as many seats as possible on contracts... we only pick the customers we know will treat our employees right and pick positions that we are knowledgeable in. It's evident that the CEO is a technical guy as well.. so he can walk the walk and talk the talk. SixGen is good people.

Cons

Sometimes it's a shock when I have to put on "professional" clothes!

Pros

Jack is awesome Most SIXGEN people are badass

Cons

This new guy, Dan Hall, isn't a great person and the company might as well just be called Kyrus at this point and that is not for the better.
