      Traditional construction industry style career progression still dominates. This can make it difficult if looking to diversify from the norm, but still move up.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
