The space is really cool

Very toxic environment. They made work for 15h a day on my first 6 weeks. The biggest topics of conversation between employees is how bad the bosses are. The bosses lead by instigating fear instead of actually working/leading. Most of the employees are interns, very easily replaceable. Cristina, the female boss might be worst person I've ever met. The other boss is clueless and useless as a boss and only worked on personal projects while I worked there. At the time, most of their portfolio was done by a subcontractor in South America. I could go on all day with cons... I left to work in the UK after quitting this company and it was the best thing I did

-Office physical space is invinting, but don't let you be fooled by this. - Location in city center of Braga

- Bad work atmosphere. - Difficult relationships between employer and employee. -Employer is unwelcoming, untrustworthy and unprofessional. - Extremely obscur when talking about the payment procress. Always avoiding to talk about employee paycheck and conditions. No openness. - Inflexibility. - Payment delay or not payment at all. - Meetings after the work schedule. Always trying to make you stay longer and making you feel bad if you don't.
