Horrible company - Anonymous employee SkillSetGroup Employee Review

Absolutely horrible leadership and culture. The office was a revolving door, multiple people either quit or got fired over the span of a few months. The leadership is clueless and directionless, they will micromanage everyone and chastise anyone who doesn’t stay past 5:00. Extremely strict on any kind of time off, even doctors appointments. Not to mention lying about the commission structure, history of the company and other items. Terrible benefits and only 10 days of PTO a year, no room for upward mobility.
