Pros
- lots of PTO - good health insurance - fun group of consultants (not management) to work with - sounds like wfh flexibility has improved since I left
Cons
- overpromised on commission - in the interview process, it was made to sound like they have all these offices in the US, but most of them were not real offices. just an exec living and working out of that city, or the NYC office that basically failed because of the pandemic. the only real US office is the Seattle one -was told in the interview that the management would bring in jobs and most of our job as recruiters would be to fill those, plus a little bit of business development. in reality, management brings in almost no roles and puts pressure on the recruiters to bring them in despite the fact they can't even do it themselves and the recruiters have little to no business development training - crazy turnover. a year after i started, only three recruiters i worked with are still there. the rest have quit or been fired. management ignores any time someone leaves and acts like it never happened - managers (in Seattle) are terrible. I believe they're good at what they do, but not at management. employees have repeatedly complained about one manager yet no higher-ups seem to listen or do anything about it
