Work from home and flexibility. My direct manager is good.

-No direction strategically and messaging is all over the place -No increase not even CPI in 3 years and gaslit to believe they reviewed it -All talk about working as a team to help the company but all one sided all benefits have been removed. - Senior management don't listen and only here for their own goals.
