Pros
I love the level of innovation and future vision thinking in the organisation. It's dynamic and there's always something new on the horizon. Love the focus on learning, professional development and the global team I work with.
Cons
Internal process improvement is still a work in progress but there are people working really hard to make things smoother. The lack of in country people and culture / talent development is a big gap though.
