It’s easy to have open conversations with them if you need guidance. There’s also a strong culture of learning – you’re not expected to know everything, but encouraged to learn and develop new skills. The work itself can also be quite varied, with opportunities to get involved in different projects and work on the publisher or merchant side of the business depending on your role and interests. The office/ team culture is another highlight. There are lots of activities and social events planned several times a quarter. You can always get involved and try something new. Overall, it's a positive and collaborative environment, which is a big reason why many people stay for several years.
