Pros
I've been at the company for five years and overall have had a really positive experience. The team is genuinely great. People get along well, communicate openly, and are always willing to help each other out. It’s a very supportive environment both professionally and personally. Managers are also very approachable and supportive. They care about your development and give you the autonomy to do your job without micromanaging. It’s easy to have open conversations with them if you need guidance. There’s also a strong culture of learning – you’re not expected to know everything, but encouraged to learn and develop new skills. The work itself can also be quite varied, with opportunities to get involved in different projects and work on the publisher or merchant side of the business depending on your role and interests. The office/ team culture is another highlight. There are lots of activities and social events planned several times a quarter. You can always get involved and try something new. Overall, it's a positive and collaborative environment, which is a big reason why many people stay for several years.
Cons
I wish there was a bit more flexibility when it comes to working remotely or spending time working from other offices abroad.
