If you have proven success, integrity and honesty, this is not recommended. False information during the interview process will lead to false expectations. No support or training and constant criticism does no good. Bullying and harassment are experienced often with no place to turn to for help. Management has no interest in resolving issues. Micromanaging and undermining employees that can share their experience and proven success processes only creates a hostile work environment.
