Pros
Good pay and good benefits. Good experience, I learned a lot while I was there. Was able to be involved in all aspects of a product life cycle. I felt like I was able to make a difference.
Cons
High stress, fast growth, a bit disorganized but they were actively fixing when I left. Not much opportunity for growth.
