- good group of people to work with - benefits are good (but could be better) - the company takes care of you (reward for your birthday, anniversary and good ideas, offer computer loans, provide necessary training, boot allowance...etc.)
Cons
- lack of communication/clarity about policies and changes - not much food options around the area
